Mission
Our mission is to be a home for competitive chess in the upper valley. Everyone is welcome at our tournaments and events, regardless of where you are from!
It is our firm belief that the best way of getting better at chess is to play more tournament games, more consistently. Given this, we aim to hold a tournament each month so that there's year-round oppurtunity to play competitive games and grow in both skill and experience.

March Action: UVchess's March Action will be held on Saturday, Mar 7th at noon! The tournament format is 4 rounds of swiss, each round starting on the hour. The time control is G/25 d5. +$10 more for registration within 12 hours of event (including same day registration)
